Ali Karim serves as the Managing Director of One Health Partners. With a unique ability to connect dots across operations, business development, legal, marketing, finance, and IT, Ali leads the company with clarity, compassion, and contagious energy. His day-to-day may span departments, but his mission is singular: to build a business that delivers exceptional care to patients who need it most.
Ali is known for his ability to inspire teams, build aligned leadership with strong values, and bring bold ideas to life. He has a gift for assembling like-minded leaders—people with minimal ego, strong work ethic, and beautiful hearts—and empowering them to do their best work.
Ali completed his JD at the University of Michigan Law School, attended Columbia University’s MBA program, and undergraduate and graduate studies at Georgetown University and University of Florida. He’s lived all over but now calls Chicagoland home with his family. Ask anyone who works with him and they'll tell you: Ali leads with heart, and he never misses a snuggle with his kids—even if it means showing up late to a meeting.

Mazen Asbahi serves as General Counsel for One Health Partners, where he plays a central role in guiding the company's strategic direction and growth. As a member of the executive leadership team, Mazen oversees all legal functions, including mergers and acquisitions, compliance, operational risk, and policy and governmental affairs. His focus is on supporting the organization's continued expansion while safeguarding its integrity and commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
With over 25 years of legal experience and deep expertise in healthcare and M&A, Mazen brings a steady hand and sharp strategic insight to every decision. He is deeply motivated by the company's mission to serve vulnerable and often overlooked patients—ensuring that care is not only clinically excellent but equitably delivered.
Mazen earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan and holds a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University School of Law.


Jeni Golomb leads marketing for One Health Partners, building the brand and department from the ground up. A three-time CMO with a Harvard MBA and 20+ years of experience, she's known for transforming brands and creating high-impact marketing capabilities from scratch. She's led iconic names like Huggies, Altoids, and Slim Jim—and now brings that same energy to healthcare.
For Jeni, joining One Health Partners was more than a career move—it's a chance to use her skills to make a real difference in people's lives. After years in consumer goods, she's excited to support a mission that puts healing and humanity first.
Jeni is on the cusp of empty-nesthood, living in the Chicago suburbs with her husband and younger son, while her older son is off at college in Philadelphia. She finds her balance (literally) with daily hot yoga and is always ready for her next passport stamp.


Jay Hedden serves as Head of Strategy at One Health Partners, where he helps shape the organization’s long-term growth and care delivery strategy. Drawing on decades of experience across healthcare, government, and policy, he focuses on developing innovative models that improve patient care while addressing some of the most complex challenges in healthcare delivery.
Earlier in his career, Jay held leadership roles across the healthcare ecosystem, including time at Bristol Myers Squibb, the New Jersey Department of Health and Senior Services, and in academic medicine as a senior policy advisor at UMDNJ. He has also been a leader in emerging value-based care models, organizing physician networks to participate in Medicare payment reforms and founding DPC Network Solutions, a national physician association focused on enabling direct contracts between primary care physicians and self-insured employers.
Jay holds a Bachelor’s degree from Fairfield University, a Master’s degree in Economics from New York University, and a J.D. from Seton Hall School of Law.


Dr. Nazneen Razi serves as Head of Human Resources at One Health Partners, where she leads the organization’s people strategy—building leadership capability, guiding culture, and driving talent initiatives that support growth and innovation. With over 25 years of experience in global HR leadership, she brings a rare combination of strategic insight, academic depth, and operational execution to her work.
Before joining OHP, Nazneen led her own consulting firm, NRHR Talent Consulting, where she advised CEOs and executive teams across industries on leadership, talent strategy, and organizational design. Her corporate leadership roles have included serving as Chief Human Resources Officer at Health Care Service Corporation (HCSC), and Global CHRO at JLL. Earlier in her career, she held executive HR positions at CNA Insurance and Comdisco.
Nazneen holds a PhD in Organizational Development and an MBA from Benedictine University, where she also served as adjunct faculty in the MBA program. She earned her Master’s degree in English Literature from Osmania University in India and is currently a senior faculty member at the Josh Bersin Academy.
A recognized thought leader, Nazneen has served on numerous boards and advisory councils spanning healthcare, the arts, and education—including the Chicago Shakespeare Theater and Benedictine University’s College of Business. She was named one of Chicago United’s Business Leaders of Color and is the co-author of Winning with Transglobal Leadership (McGraw-Hill, 2012).


Dr. Ayeza Mohsin serves as Vice President of Clinical Compliance at One Health Partners, where she leads efforts to uphold clinical excellence and regulatory integrity across the organization. Drawing from nearly a decade of experience as a hospitalist in acute adult care and specialized training in advanced wound care, she brings both clinical insight and operational rigor to her role.
As a trained Internal Medicine physician, Dr. Mohsin understands the complex challenges faced by adult and elderly patients. She is deeply motivated by the life-changing healing OHP delivers to this often vulnerable population—ensuring care that is both compassionate and clinically sound.
Dr. Mohsin holds a B.A. in Health Sciences from Benedictine University, a Master's in Public Health from NIU, and a Medical Degree from Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Raised in Naperville, Illinois, she continues to call it home alongside her husband and four daughters.


Nawaf Felemban joined One Health Partners to help make healthcare more affordable and accessible by applying technology and innovation to some of the industry’s most complex challenges. He serves as Vice President of Operations for One Health Connect, where he leads operational strategy and technology-driven initiatives that strengthen care delivery and improve performance across the organization. With more than 20 years of experience at the intersection of healthcare, artificial intelligence, and operations, Nawaf specializes in using data and technology to drive meaningful transformation.
Earlier in his career, Nawaf worked at McKinsey & Company, where he led large-scale transformation initiatives for healthcare organizations. Across more than 150 engagements, he helped generate over $4.5 billion in value for healthcare clients, including $2 billion in medical cost savings and $1.75 billion in administrative efficiencies. He also led the development of more than 20 AI-based solutions designed to help payers, providers, and investors improve performance and patient outcomes.
Nawaf holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University.


Dr. Saad Mohsin serves as Vice President of Medical Affairs for One Health Complete, where he leads the clinical delivery of One Health's multi-specialty, multi-modality care model. Working closely with executive leadership, Dr. Mohsin plays a key role in shaping and executing the organization's clinical strategy—ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care is delivered consistently across all markets.
In his role, Dr. Mohsin oversees One Health’s network of Medical Directors and is responsible for operationalizing the company's clinical vision. His leadership ensures that One Health's innovative approach to wound care translates into meaningful healing and improved outcomes for patients across the continuum of care.
Dr. Mohsin earned his undergraduate degree with a pre-med focus from Northern Illinois University and completed medical school at St. James School of Medicine. He served as Academic Chief Resident during his residency at Mercy Health in Wisconsin.
A resident of Naperville, Illinois, Dr. Mohsin is a proud husband and father of two boys. When he's not advancing clinical care, he's either behind the wheel as a car enthusiast or spending quality time with his family.


Diego Salcedo joined One Health Partners to help advance the transformative work the organization is doing to improve the U.S. healthcare system. As Vice President of the South Region, he leads regional growth and operational initiatives that expand access to high-quality care while strengthening partnerships with providers and health systems.
Previously, Diego served as the key leader behind our initiative to build a scalable healthcare delivery ecosystem that integrates specialty clinics, pharmacy partnerships, and care-management programs. Through this work, he helped design the infrastructure needed to coordinate care for complex patient populations, reduce system fragmentation, and create sustainable growth across a national network of providers.
Diego brings nearly 25 years of healthcare experience, including more than two decades in the pharmaceutical industry across leadership roles in finance, sales, marketing, consumer engagement, and strategic pricing. His diverse background gives him a broad perspective on healthcare markets and the strategies needed to drive sustainable growth and better patient outcomes.
Diego has always been on the move. Whether living around the world in Venezuela, Luxembourg, Italy, and the US or staying active on the golf course, the running trail, and the Brazilian jiu-jitsu mat, he thrives on momentum.
Diego earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from theUniversity of Delaware and an MBA from the University of Michigan.


Jerry leads One Health's Specialty Practices where he manages all operations and integration. He has served in general management and other senior leadership roles in leading healthcare delivery companies, including Fresenius and DaVita. He has also built several successful businesses from start-up or early stage employing innovative strategies, high performing teams, state of the art technology and industry consolidation. His experience encompasses strategy, operations, business development, M&A/JVs, and finance.
Jerry is driven to build transformative healthcare businesses that elevate and personalize care and patient/provider experience while promoting superior and affordable population health models across all communities. A focus on complex, chronic disease management has instilled his imperative to coordinate care across primary and specialty practices and continuously evolve with proven medical and technology advancements. His patient-centric approach promotes patient education that enables better self management of their disease and ensures all patients are equitably treated with compassion and respect. One Health's dedication to these values and reinvesting in its communities drew him to the organization.
Jerry earned a MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School, a B.S. from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a CPA license. He is a Chicago native that enjoys cycling the lakefront and adventurous travel with his family.


Taimur Hassan serves as Director of Acquisitions& Partnerships at One Health Partners, where he leads strategic growth initiatives, evaluates new partnerships, and advances the organization’s mission to expand access to high-quality, patient-centered care. With a background in consulting and investing, Taimur brings analytical rigor and a long-term mindset to identifying opportunities that drive meaningful impact.
He began his career at McKinsey & Company, advising clients across healthcare, financial services, and other industries. He later worked as an investor at Citadel and DeRoy & Devereaux, focusing on complex businesses and value creation strategies.
Taimur earned his BBA from the University of Michigan and his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Raised in Ann Arbor, Taimur is a passionate tennis player, car enthusiast, and lifelong investor.


Dr. Rashad Sayeed is Vice President of Clinical Strategy, where he leads the organization's clinical research initiatives and ensures the organization remains at the forefront of innovation. He oversees study designs, real-world evidence generations, case publications, and randomized controlled trials, all aimed at advancing the field and improving patient outcomes. He also advises executive leadership on medical advancements, formulary strategy, regulatory developments, and the clinical dimensions of mergers and acquisitions.
A dedicated educator, Dr. Sayeed serves as teaching faculty at Rosalind Franklin University of Medical Sciences and surgical faculty for the Podiatry Residency Program at Weiss Memorial Hospital. He is also Chair of the Department of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery at Insight Hospital in Chicago, Vice President of Hayat Charity Clinic, and a consultant for the Weiss Memorial Wound Care Center.
Dr. Sayeed earned his B.S. from Loyola University Chicago and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Rosalind Franklin University of Medical Sciences. He is board-certified in podiatry through American Board of Podiatric Medicine and also certified in wound care through the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy (NAWCO).
Born and raised in Chicago, Dr. Sayeed is driven by One Health’s mission to serve the patients others often give up on—those with complex, chronic wounds who need expert, compassionate care. When he's not working or teaching, you'll find him traveling and exploring the world with curiosity and purpose.


Benjamin Wallner serves as Director of Government Affairs at One Health, where he leads legislative and regulatory strategy to expand access to high-quality, patient-centered care for medically complex and underserved populations. With over two decades of experience in healthcare policy, government relations, and advocacy, he brings a deep understanding of both Capitol Hill and the healthcare landscape to his work.
Before joining One Health, Ben held leadership roles at the American Podiatric Medical Association, where he directed congressional lobbying efforts, managed large-scale advocacy campaigns, and led the organization’s political action committee. He has a proven track record of securing legislative wins, building coalitions, and shaping national healthcare policy.
Ben earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Minnesota, Morris. He is a Certified Association Executive (CAE) and an active member of several professional organizations, including the American Public Health Association and the National Institute for Lobbying & Ethics.
Motivated by a desire to leave the world better than he found it, Ben approaches policy work with both strategic precision and a human-centered lens. A lifelong fan of sweets, he insists no dental procedure—implants included—will ever convince him to give them up.


Dr. Greg Naman is a physician leader with extensive experience across inpatient, outpatient, and home-based care settings. Trained in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics, he brings a comprehensive, patient-centered perspective to care delivery, shaped by years of clinical practice and executive leadership.
Throughout his career, Dr. Naman has served in Chief Medical Officer and CEO roles and has been actively involved in advancing healthcare innovation. He has contributed as a board member to multiple initiatives and nonprofit organizations, helping shape strategies that improve care delivery and expand access for vulnerable populations.
Dr. Naman is driven by a vision of a nationally integrated care model that transforms how healthcare is delivered, especially for those most in need. He is inspired by the opportunity to work alongside strong, forward-thinking leaders committed to meaningful change.
Raised and educated in Detroit, Michigan, Dr. Naman now works closely with his brothers—both physicians—continuing a shared family commitment to healthcare. He has been married for 30 years and is the proud father of four children.


Farhad Chowdhury is a seasoned entrepreneur, technologist, and behavior science expert with over 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare, defense, finance, and cybersecurity. He is the Founder of Vianova AI, a multi-award-winning digital health company revolutionizing patient care through cutting-edge technology and behavioral insights.
Farhad is the founder of the Entrepreneur-In-Residence program at George Mason University (GMU) and serves on the board of Mason Enterprise, which supports over 8,100 businesses across Virginia. He is also involved in GMU’s $250M Digital Innovation Center, an anchor of the DC innovation corridor. This transformative initiative is advancing AI, robotics, and entrepreneurship with an accelerator and early-stage venture fund.
Farhad's expertise extends to behavioral science and habit design, having earned certification from the Stanford Behavior Design Lab under Dr. BJ Fogg, a leading authority in habit science. He leverages this expertise to drive meaningful behavior change and innovation in healthcare technology.
As a founder, Farhad has led multiple successful ventures. From 2009 to 2016, he ran a software company serving federal, defense, and commercial clients across three countries. Prior to that, he managed a government contracting firm and served as Software and Cybersecurity Lead for prestigious clients such as the U.S. Census Bureau, UK Census, FEMA, DHS, Veterans Affairs, FAA, IBM, and GDIT.
Born and raised in New York, Farhad comes from one of America’s oldest Bangladeshi families, whose 100+ years of civic service and community leadership is chronicled in the book Bengali Harlem.
